NexGen’s supply chain is reflective of the Company’s current stage of Project development and its approach to providing as many local opportunities as possible.

The Company operates in the mining sector and carries out exploration and development activities and is currently in construction at the Rook I Project as of 2026.  A Site Confirmation and Infrastructure Program to support ongoing exploration activities was initiated in the second quarter of 2023 as well as in 2025 which increased accommodation on site, a 3,000 ft airstrip and dual way road access.

NexGen has Benefit Agreements with the four local Indigenous communities. Mechanisms have been established to ensure procurement opportunities are communicated transparently and well in advance to allow for maximum local supply chain participation near, medium, and long-term. This includes capacity building in order to ensure future capability to support Project development activities.
