Mr. Moger is a professional engineer and project management professional with operational experience spanning field-level technical roles in mining operations and major capital projects through to acting as general manager for large remote mine sites. His on-site experience is complemented by his work in corporate settings on organizational initiatives, including having led major permitting and infrastructure projects, Indigenous partnership agreement implementation and operational excellence initiatives.

Prior to NexGen,  Mr. Moger served as Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager for Imperial Metals Corporation for the Red Chris Mine during the transition into the joint venture partnership with Newcrest Mining Limited. Prior to that, he served as Operations Manager for Imperial Metals Corporation and Project Manager, Mining Operations for Mount Polley Mining Corporation.

At NexGen, Mr. Moger is responsible for leading NexGen through the rigorous regulatory permitting and licensing process for the Rook I project, and manages a multi-disciplinary team that is collectively advancing NexGen’s integrated approach to the regulatory process.

Ms. Kras has over 12+ years of Capital Markets experience in both North American and European markets. She has been involved with hundreds of capital raises for publicly listed and private equities and brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen understanding of market dynamics.

Prior to NexGen, Ms. Kras served as Director of Institutional Equity Sales at Canaccord Genuity, where she headed up Canadian equity distribution into the United Kingdom and Europe. Ms. Kras began her career in financial services as a sales associate with ScotiaMcLeod, before transitioning to Institutional Equity Sales at Beacon Securities, and eventually joining Canaccord in 2014.

Ms. Kras holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario specialising in Economics.

Dylan Smart has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, starting his career in 2009 with Graham Construction, where he held several leadership roles including General Forman and Junior Superintendent on various construction projects across Saskatchewan. In 2013, he transitioned to Iceland Concrete – a Saskatchewan based Indigenous owned and operated company - where he played an integral role in business development resulting the company’s strong presence for heavy industrial work across Western Canada. A passionate entrepreneur, he established SmartPath Safety Systems Ltd. in 2018, creating safety walkways for residential, commercial and industrial projects across Canada.

Mr. Smart plays an integral role in ensuring the successful implementation of NexGen’s industry leading Benefit Agreements with Local Priority Area (LPA) communities, working with the Indigenous communities, economic development boards, contractors and Engineering, Procurement and Construction to maximize the benefits from business and employment opportunities generated from the Rook I project.

In 2019, Mr. Smart was inducted into the Order of Gabriel Dumont, an honor that is bestowed upon Gabriele Dumont Institute (GDI) students and alumni who have distinguished themselves through leadership, community involvement and overall performance. In 2020, he successfully ran for Town Council in his community of Langham Saskatchewan, and currently serves as Deputy Mayor for the municipality.

Mr. Craven has 20 years of geology and exploration experience, including 17 years in uranium exploration in the Athabasca Basin and an additional three years in gold exploration within the Pine Lake Greenstone belt in northern Saskatchewan.

Prior to joining NexGen in 2021, Mr. Craven held the role of Senior Geologist with SSR Mining, responsible for exploration operations for mine support and new discoveries, based at Seabee Gold Operation in northern Saskatchewan. Mr. Craven has also worked as a Consultant for Axiom Exploration Group,  and as a Project Geologist for Cameco where his experience included brownfields and greenfields discoveries across the Athabasca Basin, and exposure to global uranium districts.

Mr. Craven holds a BSc. degree in Geology from the University of Regina and a P.Geo designation.

Mr. McFadden is a lawyer with 25 years' experience in exploration and mining. He was the President & Chief Executive Officer of NxGold Ltd., until March, 2020. He is currently the Chairman of NexGen Energy Ltd., and a Director of IsoEnergy Ltd.  Mr. McFadden was previously Manager, Business Development at Newcrest Mining Limited, and before that was Head of Commercial, Strategy and Corporate Development for Tigers Realm Coal Limited, which is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Additionally, he was General Manager, Business Development of Tigers Realm Minerals Pty Ltd.

Prior to commencing with the Tigers Realm Group in 2010, Mr. McFadden was a Commercial General Manager with Rio Tinto's exploration division with responsibility for gaining entry into new projects through negotiation with government or joint venture partners, or through acquisition. Mr. McFadden has extensive international experience in managing large and complex transactions and has a broad knowledge of all aspects of project evaluation and negotiation in challenging and varied environments. Mr. McFadden holds a combined law/commerce degree from Melbourne University and an MBA from Monash University.

Mr. Patricio is the CEO and President of Mega Uranium Ltd., a uranium-focused investment and development company with assets in Canada and Australia. He is a qualified lawyer (Ontario) with over 15 years of experience working with and for public companies. He has built a number of mining companies with global operations and spent 10 years with a TSX-listed investment company focused in the resource and early-stage investment space. Mr. Patricio holds and has held senior officer and director positions in several mining companies that are listed on the TSX, ASX, NYSE and AIM exchanges.

Mr. Patricio received his law degree from Osgoode Hall and was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.

Mr. Gilman, a mining engineer, has more than 30 years of experience as a deal maker in the metals and mining sector. He was a founder of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) Global Mining Team in Toronto in 1988. He subsequently led the team’s efforts out of Australia and Hong Kong. During his time with CIBC, Mr. Gilman was responsible for some of the largest equity capital markets financings in Canadian mining history. He has acted as advisor to the largest mining companies in the world including BHP, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Noranda, Falconbridge, Sumitomo Corp., China Minmetals, Jinchuan and Zijin.

From 2011 to 2019, Mr. Gilman led CEF Holdings Ltd., a global mining investment company, owned 50% by CIBC and 50% by CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd. In 2019, he became Founder, Chairman and CEO of TSX Main Board listed Queen’s Road Capital. Mr. Gilman also serves as a Director for Los Andes Copper Limited, and Gold Royalty Corp.

Mr. Gilman obtained his B.Sc. in Mining Engineering at Queen’s University and his MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He is Chairman of the International Advisory Board of Western University and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of Laurentian University.

Ms. Veenman has more than 25 years of mining industry experience, including as a senior executive and, as a public company director. Previously, Ms. Veenman was a Senior Vice-President and General Counsel and a member of the executive leadership team at Barrick Gold Corporation. In that capacity, Ms. Veenman was responsible for overall management of legal affairs, extensively engaged in that company’s significant M&A and financing transactions and involved in a wide range of operational, regulatory, political, and social responsibility aspects of the mining business.

Ms. Veenman currently serves as a Director at Nasdaq-listed Royal Gold Inc., and TSX-listed Major Drilling Group International Inc., and is also Chair of the Board of Directors of the Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre in Toronto, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing child and youth services and support.

Ms. Howlett has 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and risk analysis. She currently sits on the Boards of Gold Royalty Corp., Saskatchewan Trade Export Partnership (as Chair of the Audit Committee), and March Consulting Associates. She has conducted financial due diligence and risk analysis for several business endeavors, including business advisement and financial modelling for several mining and energy projects, as well as mergers of financial institutions.

As the 14th Premier of Saskatchewan, Mr. Wall brings to NexGen’s Board political experience spanning over a 20 year period. During his 10 year tenure as Premier of Saskatchewan, Mr. Wall led the province to unprecedented economic expansion, strong population and export growth, record infrastructure investment and the first ever and continuing AAA credit for the Province’s finances. Mr. Wall worked successfully with the previous federal government to achieve nuclear cooperation agreements between Canada and both India and China opening up those civilian nuclear energy markets to Canadian uranium. He is an advocate for sustainable, inclusive economic development and provides strategic insight to the energy sector.

Mr. Wall sits on the Boards of Helium Evolution, TSX listed Maxim Power Corp., and Whitecap Resources Inc.

Mr. Mullany is a senior mining executive with over 35 years of extensive leadership experience spanning project development, operational excellence, innovation, business strategy, and governance. Most recently, with Newmont and its predecessor Goldcorp Inc. on the Senior Leadership Team, he led numerous major projects, collectively in excess of $18 Billion, during the engineering study, construction and execution stages.

Mr. Mullany’s tenured career in the mining sector has led to exceptional international experience, leading diverse teams in multiple jurisdictions.  Mr. Mullany is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM) and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (CIMM).

Ms. Birkett has more than 20 years’ experience as a finance executive and strategic advisor, guiding global organizations, public and private boards of directors, and stakeholders on financial management, rapid business growth, and compliance. Over nearly two decades as Chief Financial Officer at Multi-Color (NASDAQ: LABL)/Collotype Labels, Ms. Birkett was responsible for financial planning and analysis, board reporting, compliance, and key corporate transactions. She substantially contributed to organizational growth and led over 30 bolt-on acquisitions ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion, creating significant shareholder value.

Previously, Ms. Birkett served as Director of Finance for Avery Dennison Materials Pty Ltd. She holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and a BA in Accounting from the University of South Australia and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. Currently, Sharon is an independent director and audit committee chair of ENVU.  Ms. Birkett is a resident of Florida, USA.

Tracy Primeau has more than 30 years' experience in the energy sector, recently retiring from Bruce Power as a Shift Manager in the operations division. She began her career in the nuclear industry where she was one of the few women to become a CNSC licensed Authorized Nuclear Operator and the only female shift manager to work her way up from the shop floor.

Throughout her career, Ms. Primeau has been a tireless communicator, having been an active member of Women in Nuclear (WiN) Canada, where she currently holds a WiN Canada Board position.  She is also a mentor and role model to many men and women in the energy sector.

As a proud member of the Nipissing First Nation, she strives to use the Seven Grandfather Teachings in her leadership every day.  She was a founding member of the Ontario Hydro Native Circle in 1992 and was the first Chair of the Bruce Power Native Circle, a position she held for many years.

Ms. Primeau holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of Waterloo and is an active alumni member of St. Paul’s College and their Indigenous program as well as serving on their Board of Directors.

Mr. Scorer has more than 25 years of commercial and operational experience in uranium and the global nuclear fuel market. Previously, Mr. Scorer served as the Chief Executive Officer of Accord Nuclear Resources, a partnership with First Reserve Corporation, a global energy-focused private equity firm assessing uranium assets worldwide. Prior to joining Accord, Mr. Scorer served as the Chief Executive Officer of London based nuclear fuel trading company, Nufcor International Limited, having formed it in 1998. During Mr. Scorer's time with Nufcor International, he oversaw the spinning out and listing on the London AIM of Nufcor Uranium Ltd, a uranium commodity investment vehicle. Nufcor International was subsequently sold to a large US investment bank. Prior to that, Mr. Scorer was the Managing Director of the Johannesburg based Nuclear Fuels Corporation of South Africa (Pty) Ltd. where his primary responsibility was the final processing, marketing and distribution of all South African origin uranium.

Mr. Scorer also previously held senior positions at the Chamber of Mines Research Organisation of South Africa where he was involved in the research and development of hydraulic, mechanised mining equipment for use in South Africa's deep level gold mines. Mr. Scorer holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Natal, South Africa and a Diploma in Production Engineering from the Witwatersrand Technikon, Johannesburg.

Mr Browne is a geologist with over 43 years' experience in exploration and mining geology globally, with a specialisation in uranium projects. Prior to joining NexGen, Mr Browne operated a private geoscientific consultancy practice specialising in uranium projects globally, primarily in unconformity, sandstone-, and calcrete-hosted systems. Mr. Browne was employed by the North Ltd group and its antecedents from 1973-2000, based in Australia, and was a key member of the Jabiluka and Ranger 1 No 3 Deeps exploration program teams. Mr. Browne has been involved with exploration and assessment of uranium projects in Australia since 1969, and in the Athabasca and Thelon Basins of Canada since 1988.

Mr. Browne is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Ms. McCombie is a senior strategic Human Resources professional with over 24 years of experience in both the mining and telecom industries. Ms. McCombie started her career in the mining industry with Placer Dome Inc. During her time at Placer she worked across six different countries at the operational, corporate and international levels. Ms. McCombie has expertise in succession planning, executive compensation; talent management, strategic recruiting, employee engagement, policies and procedures and international service. During her time in telecom, Ms. McCombie worked for TELUS, where she helped build the national engagement strategy and provided strategic HR support to two key business units - Client Experience and Small & Medium Business. Most recently, Ms.McCombie spent seven years with Capstone Mining Corp where she was responsible for the overall strategic HR function for the organization.

Ms. McCombie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of British Columbia and currently sits on the board of the Vancouver International Marathon Society (VIMS).
